To follow it, search for that handle in Mastodon (or any other fediverse app) and press Follow. New posts will then show up in your home timeline.

Replying to a post from your fediverse account adds your reply to the bottom of the post here on the blog. Only public and unlisted replies are shown; followers-only replies and direct messages stay private.
